Sharon Stone, Diane Warren, Patricia Riggen, Beverly Hills Mayor Dr. Sharona Nazarian, CNN Hero Kim Carter, Bianca Balti, and Dr. Rita Ali Honored at an Unforgettable Night in Los Angeles
On November 18th, We Do It Together celebrated a decade of amplifying women’s voices in film, media, and culture with a star-studded gala at the Mr. Brainwash Art Museum. The event united artists, activists, filmmakers, philanthropists, and global changemakers to honor the nonprofit’s transformative ten-year journey.

Founded in 2015 by international filmmaker Chiara Tilesi, We Do It Together has collaborated with the United Nations, NASDAQ, the World Economic Forum, and governments worldwide. Through films, educational initiatives, and social-impact campaigns, the organization continues to challenge gender inequality and empower women’s storytelling. Its feature film Tell It Like a Woman—Oscar®-nominated in 2023 and screened at the UN General Assembly—underscores the organization’s global influence.

Honoring Women Leading Global Change
The gala celebrated seven extraordinary women whose achievements inspire worldwide change:
Sharon Stone received the Iconic Excellence Award for her humanitarian efforts in HIV/AIDS awareness, women’s rights, and global justice.
Diane Warren, 16-time Academy Award–nominated songwriter, was honored for her contributions to music and storytelling.
Patricia Riggen, acclaimed director, was recognized for championing authentic narratives on the global screen.
Dr. Sharona Nazarian, Beverly Hills Mayor, was celebrated for her community leadership.
Dr. Kim Carter, CNN Hero, was honored for her work supporting women affected by trauma and homelessness.
Bianca Balti, model and advocate, was recognized for her voice in empowerment and representation.
Dr. Rita Ali, founder of We 2 Matter, was acknowledged for her advocacy and global impact supporting women and marginalized communities.

A Night Rooted in Purpose

Master of Ceremonies Giselle Fernandez guided guests through an inspiring evening of awards, presentations, and recognition. The night included a reception and red carpet, followed by the awards ceremony and a seated dinner, concluding with an exclusive private tour of the museum. Spiritual leaders Oliver Niño and Mandy Morris, founders of the Authentic Living Foundation, also joined the gala as supporters of We Do It Together.

In her remarks, founder Chiara Tilesi reflected on the organization’s journey:
“For the last 10 years, We Do It Together has worked to change the cultural roots of gender inequality through film, education, and social-impact campaigns. While violence and disparity continue to rise worldwide, our commitment is stronger than ever. Tonight we honor extraordinary women who inspire real change.”

A Night Supported by Hollywood and Industry Leaders
The celebration drew several familiar faces from the entertainment and real estate worlds. Mary Bonnet and Romain Bonnet, along with Sandra Vergara of Selling Sunset, attended together, joined by Jason Oppenheim, President of The Oppenheim Group.
Also present were Derek Warburton, founder and CEO of Gurus Magazine, and Dr. Michael K. Newman, award-winning board-certified plastic surgeon, reflecting the broad support the organization has received over its ten-year impact.
